When you clicked on a stock entry in the stock overview in the menu Items & Stock » Stock, the variation opened in the item UI in the General tab instead of the Stock tab. You had to switch to the Stock tab manually to see the stock and the stock movements.
This issue has been fixed. Links to a variation from the stock overview now open the variation’s Stock tab directly.
