You created two new items and added properties to the variation of the first item. When you then switched to the Properties tab of the variation in the second item, the UI displayed the same properties there, but without values. Change detection reacted immediately. After you reloaded the page, the properties disappeared again, except for the text property. Properties are now loaded and displayed separately for each variation. These issues have been fixed.
