If you received a reply in Messenger from the same email address but with different letter casing (e.g. john.doe@example.com and John.Doe@example.com), both addresses were kept in the recipients list. From now on, Messenger removes duplicate email addresses regardless of letter casing.
For you, this means: each email address now appears only once in the recipients list.
