Important: These features will be rolled out gradually from 1 July 2026 and will not be available to all customers immediately.
For selling items via refurbed Switzerland, existing automations have been enhanced and new automations for transmitting commercial invoices are now available.
Shipping confirmation enhanced
The refurbed: Send fulfillment to refurbed flow and the corresponding event procedure have been enhanced.
For orders with Switzerland as the delivery country, the flow and the corresponding event procedure now also transmit the following information to refurbed:
- Weight
- Manufacturing country
- HS code
The HS code is taken from the variation's Customs tariff number data field. You can enter it under Item » Items » [Open variation] » Tab: Pricing in the Costs section.
New automation for commercial invoices
For orders with Switzerland as the delivery country, refurbed requires the invoice type Commercial invoice.
To transmit commercial invoices, the new refurbed: Send commercial invoice to refurbed flow and the corresponding event procedure are now available.
