Yesterday, May 19, 2026, between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, a temporary technical issue occurred affecting the order import from the refurbed marketplace. This caused certain orders to be imported into the PlentyONE system multiple times, creating duplicates.
Please note that this issue did not affect all orders. However, the duplicate imports did impact:
- Some new orders between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM Tuesday, May 19, 2026.
- Orders from the past 2 days that had not yet been fully processed.
- Specific older orders (dating back as far as August 2025) that are currently in the NEW or ACCEPTED status.
Current Status: The root cause has been fully resolved, and the order import has been operating normally since 3:00 PM May 19, 2026.
