Several new features are now available for the refurbed integration.

Refurbed setup menu moved

The menu for setting up refurbed in PlentyONE has been moved and is now located in the central Sales Channels menu:

• Sales Channels » Accounts » refurbed for systems created before April 2026
• Sales Channels » Channel Control Center » refurbed for systems created after April 2026

This allows you to manage refurbed together with your other sales channels in one central location.

Shipping service provider “Refurbed Shipping” available

You can now use the shipping service provider Refurbed Shipping to ship your items. Currently, only DHL Express is supported.

How to use Refurbed Shipping:

1. Go to Sales Channels » Accounts » refurbed or Sales Channels » Channel Control Center » refurbed.
2. Open the Channel settings tab.
3. In the Shipping label creation section, map your PlentyONE warehouse to the corresponding refurbed delivery address.
   Note: You can obtain the refurbed delivery address from your refurbed account manager. It is required for shipping label creation.
4. Confirm the order on refurbed.
   Tip: You can use an event-based flow for this.
5. Go to Orders » Shipping centre.
6. Open the relevant order.
7. Click Register shipment in the top left of the toolbar.
8. Select Refurbed Shipping from the Shipping service provider drop-down list.
9. Optionally, select an Order status in case of success and an Order status in case of error.
10. Click REGISTER SHIPMENT.
    → The shipping label and package number are automatically saved to the order. You can download the label in the Packages section of the order and then print it.

Refurbed Switzerland available

You can now also sell your items via the sales channel refurbed Switzerland.
