From now on, serial numbers can be automatically transferred to refurbed using PlentyONE Flow.

Both serial numbers from the item's serial number list, as well as a free text field with new serial numbers on the order can be added.

Creating a flow to automatically transfer serial numbers to refurbed:

1. Enable the serial number on the item (setting Serial number in the Item » Items menu on the respective item).
2. Create a new flow in the Automation » Flow Studio menu. The flow can be event-based, time-based, or manual.

Tip: We recommend controlling the flow via an order status change.

3. Select the action Order » Assign serial number for the flow.
4. At the top right, activate Create if not existing to create serial numbers manually.

→ Serial numbers can now be either selected from the list or entered manually in the Automation » Flow Hub menu in the newly created flow.

→ The serial number will be automatically transferred to refurbed via flow.
