Due to recent data privacy changes implemented by Etsy, access to full shipping addresses (street and city) for third-party integrations has been restricted. This caused a disruption in the order import process.
On 23 April 2026, we are releasing a fix to resume order imports.
How this affects your workflow
From 23 April 2026, orders will be imported with an Incomplete data status. To complete fulfilment, you will need to manually enter the missing address details for these orders.
Key facts:
- Who is affected: Only sellers who connected their Etsy shop after 17 July 2025.
- Cause: This change is due to an Etsy platform policy restricting access to PII (Personally identifiable Information) for certain integrations. For further details, please refer to the official Etsy API policy.
- Next steps: We are in ongoing discussions with Etsy to restore full data access and provide a permanent, automated solution.
