DHL Retoure Online is now available as a core integration. This simplifies the configuration process, and the DHL products have been consolidated into a single menu.

You can find the new settings under Setup » Orders » Shipping » Shipping service provider » DHL Shipping » Retoure Online settings. 

TODO:

• Switch to the core integration before 31 May 2026. On this day, the plugin will be discontinued and the underlying API version will also be deactivated by DHL.
• Create configurations via the new menu path to continue using DHL Retoure Online. Due to structural changes, existing configurations from the plugin unfortunately cannot be transferred automatically.
• Create a Flow if you want to use automations. The flow action Register return with DHL is available for this purpose. There will no longer be an event action for this.
