A new settings section was added in Setup » CRM » EmailBuilder: Global CSS styles.
Here you can define CSS styles that will be applied to all EmailBuilder templates (with the exception of Expert templates).
The styles can be defined individually for each webstore client and will be applied based on the order/contact webstore. If the webstore is not specified, the styles of the default client will be used.
These settings can be accessed by administrators and users with permission under: Advanced: CRM » EmailBuilder » Settings » Global CSS
