In the conversation history, changes made by the automatic import were previously shown as if performed by an inactive user (User ID 1). From now on, the “Changed by” field will clearly display “Automatic import” in these cases.
Additionally, when two replies were received within a short time, the second reply could sometimes override changes made by configured automations.
This behaviour has been fixed.
