When creating a message in Messenger, if at least one recipient is an order with an Amazon referrer, you now have the option to retrieve and select the available Amazon messaging actions.
If a messaging action is selected, the message will be sent to Amazon message center via the Amazon API and the buyer will be able to see the message in their Amazon account.
If no actions are available for the selected order, this message will be displayed:
Note: The list of available actions is determined by Amazon and is based on different criteria like the status of the conversation, order/claim context and Amazon’s business rules for that marketplace.
