When manually creating an order using an order template with the old shopping cart table, the items in the template were not added to the shopping cart due to an error.
In the new UI for order templates (Setup > Orders > Templates), the value “undefined” was displayed in the “Item name” column for the items added to a template. This error has been fixed.
