A new setting has been added in Messenger channels: Match email addresses.
When enabled, the sender’s email address will be compared with the email addresses linked to an order (invoice, delivery) or contact. If none of these match the sender’s email, the order will not be linked as a relation.
In addition, automatic order matching now also supports Shopware orders.
