For shipments with GLS ShipIT to non-European countries, it was previously transmitted to GLS by default that an export declaration should be created. This is only necessary in certain cases and can also be done by other means, for example via a customs portal such as ATLAS/IAA+.
The default behaviour has therefore been changed and is now that for customs shipments no export declaration is requested from GLS.

Can you make this a toggle? We want GLS to do the declaration and need to set the variable isExportDeclarationRequested to true.
