A new action was added in messenger automations: Change read status
Behaviour:
- If action value is set to No, conversations will be marked as Unread for all users.
- If action value set to Yes:
- If Global read status is enabled, conversations will be marked as Read for all users
- If Global read status is disabled, no action will be performed
You can activate or deactivate the Global read status in the Setup » CRM » General menu.
