Dear plentyShop community,
As part of the long-term support version of plentyShop, we will continue to provide you with bug fixes, small improvements and other necessary changes. So it's time again to take a look at the next plentyShop LTS version.
This version includes legal adjustments regarding the contract withdrawal button (§ 356a BGB).
Release date
Version 5.0.79 is expected to be released in calendar week 21.
TODO
Due to changes to existing widgets, the ShopBuilder content must be updated via the Regenerate content button in the Shop » ShopBuilder menu.
Due to the relocation of the B2B customer class configuration, the assistant in the section Setup » Assistants » Plugins » PlentyShop LTS » Default settings » Default customer class for B2B customers must be completed.
Added
- The Form type setting has been added to the settings of the email form widget in ShopBuilder. This setting determines whether the form is a contact form or a cancellation form. If the Contract Withdrawal Form option is selected, this triggers the automatic dispatch of an email internally for ‘Send the customer a confirmation of receipt of the contract withdrawal’.
- The option Style link as a button (recommended) has been added to the settings of the Legal Information widget in the ShopBuilder. This setting highlights the link to the contract withdrawal form.
- The ShopBuilder template for Cancellation form has been revised and now includes a contract withdrawal form with all necessary and correctly configured input fields.
- The ShopBuilder template for Footer has been revised and now includes the highlighted link to the contract withdrawal form.
Fixed
Fixed an issue where the asterisk note for mandatory fields was missing during address entry at checkout.
Manufacturer logos are now correctly displayed with the alt text stored in the webspace.
Improved keyboard accessibility for category navigation.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to post them here in the thread.
Best regards
