In PayPal advanced settings, saving the Order Notes activation toggle without selecting a backend user incorrectly showed a success message, even though the change wasn’t saved.
This behaviour has been fixed. From now on, a validation ensures a backend user must be selected, and an error message now appears if none is selected.
